The art of hair is a craft, each creation is unique and interpretations individual. We believe the true test is in the day to day following a Parlor visit… Wear your new hair… We know you felt awesome when you left, but take a test run, and let us know how it’s performing! If you’re loving it, great! Let the world know, send us an email or give us a call, nothing brightens our day more (and we celebrate successes with our team everyday!)Need a little tweak or revision? Then Let’s get you into our chair again “pronto” (hopefully within 2 weeks!) Analyzing your challenges based on your experience, we will recommend solutions. Since we cannot take back the service that we performed we do not do refunds, but we will do all we can to get you loving your hair!

Let’s say your stylist gave you what you wanted but now you think you want something else (we know this happens to the best of us.) Yes, you’re allowed to change your mind! Come back in and we’ll give you 20% off to try something else within a month of the original creation.

Now what about Take Home Hair-care? We recommend individualized take home solutions for hair challenges beyond shape or color. If it’s just not
working, reach out! We will trade out for a better fit or give tips on usage so you’ll be an expert at taming your particular challenges discussed with your stylist! We are good listeners and we want you to feel total confidence in your hair. We are here to meet your individual hair goals and solve your texture challenges while heightening your individual style!

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are not transferrable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Parlor is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us we require 24 hours advance notice. This will allow us the opportunity to contact someone on our “Will Call” list to fill the time you reserved. We know things happen, life can be unpredictable so we like to meet you halfway and ask that you pay a cancellation fee of 50% for any appointments cancelled with short notice. In the instance that no communication is received then we must charge full service price reserved.
