We are so glad she found us though our mutual love for Aveda and its culture (actually we stole her from The Aveda Institute where she was training our apprentices to be. With her professionalism, love for teaching, learning and bettering our craft we have a feeling she will have a long future here at Parlor.  I am excited to introduce our guests to her incredible talents.

When asked how she found hairdressing she said... "I've always loved drawing, painting, sculpting and sewing. I enjoy the three-dimensional element of creating mixed media pieces and working with my hands, so hair design, for me was and is a natural extension of that." She is meticulous and detailed so its no wonder she is drawn to precision haircutting and graduation techniques needed for structured bobs and shorter haircuts... "It is very challenging, which is what I enjoy about it and it's a skill that develops your visual eye and the control needed to design strong, beautiful shapes while expanding creativity". She also loves styling and is skilled at period looks. She was saying the other day that she could remember the first time she styled hair for a photo shoot..." It was the biggest high. I remember driving home after working for 14+ hours, smiling and thinking..."This is living".
