Our Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us we require 24 hours advance notice. This allows us the opportunity to contact someone on our “Will Call” list to fill the time you reserved. We know things happen, life can be unpredictable, so we like to meet you halfway and ask that you pay a cancellation fee of 50% for any appointments cancelled with short notice. In the instance that no communication is received then we must charge for the full service.
Service Price Guideline:
All prices provided are base prices that may vary depending on the experience of your stylist as well as the length, texture, and density of your hair.
In addition, some hair types require additional time, such as thick, long, or highly textured hair. If this applies to you, please let us know when booking so we can allocate extra time, and adjust the service price accordingly.
A brief virtual consultation is requested prior to all first time color services. Our consultations go into further detail once you are in our chair. Each color service includes a natural texture blow dry “finish” to allow us to see the results of the color service. If you would like a particular finish styling or a change-of-texture blow dry after your color service, please request this at the time of booking. An additional charge of $45 will be added for the upgrade.
Our Guarantee:
We believe the true test is in the day to day wearing of your new Parlor color or haircut. Need a little tweak or revision? Let's get you into our chair again "pronto" (hopefully within 2 weeks)! We’ll assess any concerns and provide tailored solutions. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re committed to doing everything we can to make sure you love your hair.
If your stylist delivered exactly what you asked for, but you're now thinking of trying something different, it's perfectly fine to change your mind. Come back within a month of your original service, and we’ll offer you 20% off to try something new.

Retail Product return policy:
Aveda Home Care may be exchanged within 90 days of purchase. We recommend individualized take home solutions for your hair challenges beyond shape and color. If the product isn’t working for you, let us know and we’ll either exchange it for something more suitable or offer tips on how to use it so you can master your specific hair challenges.
